It no longer works

The biggest issue I have with this device is that the mute button doesn't guarantee mute. So if you buy this thing, make sure you don't assume you're muted based on the indicator light or the beeps in the background. test it first... It might mute, or it might not. It doesn't have Microsoft Teams integration. Sometimes when trying to join a Teams meeting, the blue headset indicator turns off, and I have to manually push the button on the side of the headset to "wake it back up again". The price was good, considering comparable DECT headsets are twice as much. I'll keep my review updated the longer I use it.

I needed it for conference calls. I work out of the house and wanted it to work it all locations of my two story house. It does that and works in the backyard. Its very comfortable. The sound and mic are clear. Very pleased.
