For the high price, you are getting a very nice and powerful webcam. I would say the webcam works pretty well for a medium to small conference room. You can pretty much turn any room into a conference room with this device. I ended up getting this for my living room so we can have family meetings and conferences during the peek covid times. This device will work with any computer and MAC without needing to install a drive. One thing about using this for macs is that you may need an adapter as this is USB A only and not type C. Just to test it, I tried it with an adapter I had on hand and noted that you are able to use the camera with a type C adapter. I was able to plug this into my desktop and mac and they automatically detected it. There is no driver installation required on either, but you may want to install the software to get the most out of the device. The web cam started working in less than a minute. I tried it with windows 7, 8.1, and 10 and they all work just fine. I also tried it with high sierra, mojave, and catalina and it worked just fine for the most part. The camera was able to default and work right away. The overall camera design look is nice and it wider so it gives you more range of the room than your traditional webcam. You get at least a 180 degree picture in front of you. The picture quality is not bad. I would say it runs pretty well for facetime and zoom conferences. I would say you are getting better quality and extremely clear pictures over the other devices of this kind. It makes good adjustment to clear up the picture but you may need to manually do it from time to time. It makes adjustments pretty quickly. There is not too much lag in the picture. The next thing about this is that the microphone by default is pretty sensitive so you will need to adjust that before trying your first call (saves the other person ears). The microphone can pick up everyone's voice in the room from afar. Again there is no issues with the device drivers. It is essentially a plug in play. This webcam can be mounted to the top of your monitor or television depending on which screen you are using. This makes to great for putting on top of your television and I can have a full family conversation especially during these times. It is fairly secure and easy to adjust although make sure you have enough slack when mounting the webcam. If you happen to be pulling on the cable it is easy to move the camera. The cable length is long enough to reach from my computer monitor to the laptop we use for conference calls which is about two feet away and still has some slack left. The cable is also sturdy so you do not have to worry about it breaking or fraying. One thing to note is that the device is that the device front is a glossy smooth finish so it can be scratched pretty easily. There are light indicators to show if the webcam is on or not. The picture quality I would say is 1080 p and transmitting quality is going to be dependent on your internet speed. Honestly for the price you are paying for this camera, it is pretty decent quality. It does auto focus so you do not have to do that, nor is there a way to manually focus on the camera itself. The microphone sound again is pretty clear but be sure to adjust it accordingly as you may actually appear louder to someone else. There is also a remote so you can make adjustments to the webcam as needed without going through your computer but I prefer to use the computer. Overall I think this camera is great for what you need it to do. It does a good job for me during facetime and work meetings. It also could be a good camera to have for your TV so you can do big conferences on your couch. The microphone picks up my voice pretty well with very little background noise.

This camera is plug and play. The quality is perfect, not blurry or grainy or pixelated, it looks really good! The auto framing is really helpful as this does allow some sort of tracking. No software needed, everything is controlled through the remote!

This WebCam is great for when you have a large group of people, or you need the camera to follow you around the room. The zoom feature is great, the picture quality is crisp and clear, and I just really like that it keeps you in frame as you move around while it follows you. It easily works with popular chatting apps. I do wish your support and 60hz, but for general video chatting it's not a big deal.

This has really upgraded my work meetings!

I used the windows 10 app when testing this webcam out. The controller worked perfectly fine to access the camera settings. The picture was little bright (prob due to ceiling lights being on). The AI did a fantastic job with keeping clarity when zooming in. The reason for a minus star was because for the price it should have been 4k 60hz with usb c connector. That way it supports thunderbolt 4 and usb c 10gb/s or so. As well as hdmi out if needed. The video motion was a not as smooth as I was hoping for but otherwise pretty smooth for 30hz. I had to adjust the camera app to output 4k signal because it was on 1080p. Considering this is the first 4k ai powered high end camera. It is doing a fantastic job. I saw in the settings firmware information so maybe this camera gets firmware updates to improve as time goes on. It would help if the lower resolutions did output 60hz when 4k 30hz is max. That like hdmi 1.4 spec. The camera will help those who need to record a large area for a meeting or to record what they are working on like a pc or project.
