ViewSonic VX2485-MHU 24 Inch 1080p Frameless IPS Monitor with USB 3.2 Type C and FreeSync for Home and Office 24-Inch 1080p

I am a full-time programmer/systems designer and need to view specs clearly and see the items in question well. I was surprised how clear everything was, and when looking at color work, the accuracy was pretty good — much better than my past ViewSonic. I am surprised by the improvements at this price point.

Great monitor while it works, usb c power saves me carrying a charger round. However it has developed a thin blue line straight down the middle after 7 months use. Now off for repair estimated 2 week turn around. Had my LG Ultrawide for a lot longer fault free and still going.

Connection immediate via la prise USB-C. Celle ci charge aussi mon laptop ce qui evite d'avoir a brancher son alimentation. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de prise USB sur le moniteur, cela eviterait d'utiliser les ports USB du portable. Les controles de luminosite et autres sont simples a utilider.

Overall the product is great. However, one day I fiddling around with an old surge protector and shortly after I connected my Dell Latitude 7420 through the USB-C port and was having a little difficulty seating it all the way. The display immediately stopped working. I tried restarting my computer. I switched to a 4 month old Lenovo Yoga. Ironically connecting through HDMI did work on both computers. The solution: After reading other reviews, I had the thought to unplug the USB-C from my computer and the monitor. Then I unplugged the power supply from the back of the monitor. Then I plugged the power back in, USB-C back into the monitor, and then back into my Dell. And voila. It worked.

I liked this monitor so much with our Macbook laptops that I ordered more. Very good value and worked perfectly! But this time when I ordered the seller cancelled the order (after it should have arrived) and I am now starting over. Not impressed and no explanation.
