Tripp Lite VESA Mounting Plate for U442-DOCK20-B Docking Station (U442-DOCK20-VMB)

I used this to mount my docking stations to the underside of my desk. The docking stations are the plugable brand, so they sit vertically on your desk, and I have two of them, one for an older laptop and another that is newer. Used some wood screws to attach the mount to my desk. Even though the tracks on the mount are meant for a different docking station, I had no issues removing the bottom support plates from the docks and connecting them side by side on one single mount with the same screws. Works beautifully, very sturdy and convenient. It honestly almost looks like that's what it was made for. For those wondering, I did look at the spacing of the holes and they are indeed VESA compatible and should work perfectly on the back of a monitor. If I had horizontal docking stations instead of vertical, I probably would've done that, but what I did works well for me.
