I use this docking station with a Surface Pro 4 every day. It works great, no problems with the Video, USB nor Ethernet. It is convenient that it clasps onto the Surface kickstand, making it real easy to disconnect cables, relocate to another work area, and reconnect without having to D/C from your surface. While most people wouldn't use a dock like this, I'm a geeky nerd coder archetype that has multiple workspaces at _home_ and I totally grok this aspect of the thing. Likewise, the size of it makes it easy to take on the road when we travel, using almost no space in my backpack, this lets me use hotel Ethernet and-also link HDMI up to Hotel TVs to watch our favorite shows (since hotel/local TV can sometimes be a yawn festival, an advertising vomitorium, etc.. )

Very nice and useful for your Microsoft surface pro, But a bit pricey

Can I return or exchange the product? Not all of the USB ports are working properly. Also, there's a delay on response/connection when a keyboard, a mouse and another monitor is connected through HDMI. It's not worth what I paid for. I only used it twice and really disappointed with it. So, I just want to return or exchange the product with another kind.
