Tripp Lite 2-Piece null modem adapter kit has slotted, knurled thumb screws to provide secure attachment to your computers. Kit has adapter with one 9-pin DB-9 female connector on first end and one RJ-45 female connector on second end. 1 x 9-pin DB-9 female on first end, 1 x RJ-45 female on second end. Uses readily available Cat5 patch cables. Up to 100'. Gray. Adapter type: Serial/RJ-45. Style: Null modem cables. Finished connection results in a null wiring configuration: 1+6- 4, 2-3, 3-2, 4- 1+6, 5-5, 7-8, 8-7, with full handshake capability. Slotted, knurled thumbscrews provide easy and secure attachment to your computers. Requirements: Typically two PC's with DB9 male serial-ports. Includes 2 x DB9F / RJ45 modular adapters. Warranty: Lifetime limited.
