I have this mounted behind my TV and have several game consoles plugged in to it. The side plugs are great for cable management keeping the power cords from being bent too much. This is my third Tripp Lite product and we have never lost anything to a lightning strike.

Slim profile fits behind coffee bar. Almost enough room. The side plugs are useful for bulky things but really make it big. It should be twice and long with double the space in between plugs, I don’t know why there is this infuriating mismatch between appliance makers and outlet makers.

I originally bought one to use in my basement to plug my washer in..also, the sump pump.... Works, protects great against lightening and power surges. So I bought another to plug my computer and printer in upstairs.. From what I have read these are great quality power strips. And I like the side outlet on it.

I spent days researching these multi-plug products. Most every option had bad reviews of failure, fire, poor quality... I knew this was a good brand so after consulting our family IT expert, we bought this one. So far it is working as you'd expect. It is being used in a kitchenette so it has a mini fridge, microwave, TV, toaster, and heating plate plugged into it. It's doing great! I like that it is slim and the color blends into the wall color. So far so good!
