Great seller, item packed very well and shipped fast. item as describes and excellent communications...A+++ - Excellent quality, and highly recommended.

The good: it’s a solidly built, stout little adapter from what I can tell, quality is what I expect of a Tripp-Lite product. The bad: it turns out that there is a hardware limitation that prevents passive adapters like this one from actually supporting dual-link DVI-D despite having all the pins for it. My Dell 3007-WFP will not go past 800p on this adapter. For that you’ll need an active adapter or something converting to something that isn’t HDMI. Bottom Line: go ahead, won’t disappoint you if you just need to talk to a 1024x768 monitor or something similar. Find a dual-link capable active adapter for bigger monitors that need it.

Great product just what I needed

My HDMI port is right next to my power plug. The old Serial to HDMI plug didn’t extend at all so I wasn’t able to use my monitor and power my laptop at the same time. The four inches or so of wire between the hdmi and serial connections is perfect. Shipping was fast and well packaged. Very pleased.
