Another reviewer claimed to be able to do 4K at 60Hz. This was NOT my experience. The datasheet on the product (located here: http://www.tripplite.com/shared/product-pages/EN/P580025.pdf) claims only to do 2560x1600 at 60Hz. It is doing 4K at 30Hz, but when I force it in Windows 10 with a custom resolution, the screen goes blank.

We had the Cable Matters version of this cable Cable Matters® Gold Plated DisplayPort to DisplayPort Cable 25 Feet and had problems with interference. We actually ordered a second Cable Matters 25' cable and had the exact same problem. The shielding on the Cable Matter version must be poor, as we ended up with strange/intermittent flickering/spots on our brand new Dell monitor. Troubleshooting with Dell involved a complete motherboard replacement, with no change. Using the Dell supplied 6' cable solved the issue, except that it wasn't a 25' cable. Finally this 25' Tripp Lite cable is working wonderfully with no interference.

I bought this cable 9in 25ft length) to daisy chain two monitors together. That is one of the purposes of Displayport 1.2. When it didn't work I was scratching my head at first -- docking station, monitor issue, another cable defective? Well it happens I had some short 6ft cables from another mfg in Displayport 1.2 and everything synced right up. Therefore it was definitely this 25ft cable being junk. I would expect better from Tripp Lite. Last cable I buy from them as this was a good hour of frustration.

needed a longer Displayport cable and this one works as advertised. Currently running a res of 2560x1440. Excellent quality product!
