Used Validrive to validate the full drive capacity and it passed. Drive appears to operate properly and quickly, although it does get hot. Time will tell if the drive works properly long-term. Will update the review if and when it fails.

This thing is so fast! I'm using it for DJ'ing. I used a Kingston HyperX before, which is fast but a whole library export was still something to leave on overnight. But THIS! Done in a few minutes! When things get corrupted and you have to export your whole library again.. it's no longer a massive inconvenience. It's also very small and feels nice quality. If I was to be really picky I'll prefer the caps to be a little tighter fit, but they should be fine. Amazing.

Very fast USB-drive first 5 minutes: write at maximum speed that my hard-drive or SATA controller could sustain (250MB/S) Next 5 minutes: slight reduction in speed. After this: speed dropped to 50MB/s due to heat buildup in the usb-drive after pauzing the data transfer and allowing a cooldown time, speed resumed at 250MB/s Thus: extremely high speeds achievable for transfers up to ±75GB Bigger transfers will slow down a little bit, but are still very good.

Ik zocht naar een grote capaciteit USB stick, die ook snel genoeg zij zijn. Veel gezocht en snelheden waren elke keer teleurstellend. Tot ik dit soort SSDs in USB stick vorm ontdekte! Geweldig ding en erg handig dat hij zowel een USB-A als USB-C aansluiting heeft :)
