Le produit lui même est excellent, de bonne facture et nettement chauffe moins que le Scandisk Extreme. Il est rapide mais pour les possesseurs de MAC, il y a quelque chose que vous devez savoir. Il ne sera pas possible de profiter des vitesse annoncée de 2 Go/s sur les Mac actuels Silicon (y compris les derniers MacBook Pro avec M1 Pro/M1 Max et Mac Studio M1 Max/Ultra), car l'USB-C 3.2 Gen2x2 n'est pas pris en charge. Apple ne propose que le USB 3.1 Gen2, avec des débits théoriques maximum de 10 Gb/s (contre 20 Gb/s pour l'USB 3.2 Gen2 2x2). Sur PC, c'est différent. Donc ça sera de 850 MB/s à max 1000 MB/s aussi bien en écriture quand lecture. N'oubliez pas aussi que pour avoir des vitesses élevées, de formater votre SSD sur MAC en APFS car nativement il sera en ExFAT. Pour se faire, il y a pleins de tuto sur internet et 2 manipulations à faire sur des lignes de commande.

Vandaag geleverd, uiteraard dadelijk getest in verrijking met mijn T7's van Samsung. De geadverteerde snelheid is niet aanwezig, USB4. Doet het niet beter dan andere drives die goedkoper zijn. Spijtig, teveel betaald voor minder. Samsung is sneller zonder 2x2 snelheid. Foto's: laagste waarden T7, Hoogste waarden iMac. Transcend presteert enkele Mega Bit (dus geen bytes) boven de T7, een te verwaarlozen prestatie gezien de aangekondigde snelheid. Blijft nog af te wachten of er geen warmte probleem komt. Te evolueren. Na een test op warmte: Veilig formatteren (Mac 7 x wissen en overschrijven) komen we aan 28 uren en een redelijk hoge temperatuur. Geen aanrader dus.
