The release mechanism on the connector would not release from an SFP+ port, pulling on the tab, pulling on the connector - nothing worked. pulled a little harder on the release strap and the connector came out with the SFP+ port from a piece of very expensive enterprise network equipment. I will never buy a TP-link product as long as I live. Not only did this have compatibility issues with cisco equipment it destroyed switch. I am incredibly upset at the poor quality on display here!!!!! DO NOT BUY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!!!!!!! TP-LINK OWES ME A SWITCH!!!!!!!!!

The media could not be loaded. nice cheap solution for 10Gb connections into an arista switch port. Linked light immediately and worked as expected

This cable worked perfectly for my purposes of connecting two pieces of UniFi equipment (UDM-PRO and UNVR) together. I did have to set the port on the UNVR to 1 Gpbs manually (to match the UDM-PRO; the UNVR could do 10), which I learned from reading other reviews first (thanks!).
