We have ordered a couple of these and never really had issues with them compared to more high priced ones from a different manufacturer. Less focus on the branding and marketing, more in the value of the product, way to go, it's a good deal for the customers.

Disappointing

The fan is significantly noisier than stock coolers. The ARGB function has failed after 3 months and is now stuck on specific unchangeable colours, and some are dead completely. When the computer wakes after sleep the LEDs sometimes fail to all start up. The colour has also always been slightly off and does not match other peripherals. Overall disappointing, I will be replacing this and getting something else.

Excellent price for an Excellent product.

This device is so good that I purchased 2 more of them for other computers I was building. The price is just right and the device looks good, installs easily, is very quiet and does the job it was meant to do. Would I get another? You bet I would. My hat goes off to Thermaltake for putting out a great product.
