Works great, easy installation and exactly what I needed for my 1522+ Came a week sooner than expected. Only con is it's not cheap, and it wasn't in stock, so it came a week after the NAS and wasn't available to use for initial setup/transfer where it would have been the biggest help.

Ok you need to get a few more bits to make this work like a switch with two and 10GbE RJ-45 and a card for you PC with two 10GbE RJ-45 to really make this work as it should but once you have them in place your internal transfer rates are sorted, just wish Openreach were able to proform as well

Easy upgrade to add a lot of performance. First time I copied a file I didn’t think it was much faster but realized that the drive I copied to was bottleneck. Copy same file to NVM drive was night and day compared to over 1 gig.

If you have a modern Synology NAS and want a 10GBe connection this is the only choice. Not much else to say other than it is genuine, was readily available and shipped fast.
