This is the best case money can buy if you want to keep your ipad pro safe.. And pencil! That's all I need to say

Third iPad and third Dux Plus. My iPads are for “work”, getting pretty hard use some days, and these covers have been very good for me. I generally fly five days a week (thousands of miles some days), using an iPad on every flight, and have never had a broken device from a butter-handed copilot dropping it in the cockpit, down the stairs, or even sitting down on one in the seat. Even getting tossed around, and with the constant vibration, these covers have done an excellent job of keeping my equipment safe.

I recently acquired an iPad Pro 11" 3rd generation and was looking for a case that provided a fair bit of protection and would also cover the screen when closed. This case satisfies all my requirements. It has a spot for the Apple Pen, but I do not currently have one.
