never got a scratch on my school ipad with this but had to replace it in just two years because the screen flap (that also lets it stand up) was deteriorating and the paint layer was peeling.

This is a super heavy duty protective case that also holds the Pencil. Cover has magnetic closure and can fold back to act as a stand. This is the brand the local high school uses to protect the student iPads.

Daughter loves it. It is the same one her school uses. It is very durable. She likes that it covers the screen and that it protects her iPad from breaking during falls.

I’ve always used this brand for my iPads… loved it - very sturdy and protected well - however this new version has a pencil holder on the long edge… I don’t like that as it seems less sturdy when holding or closed… too flexible on the side with the pencil holder. Time will tell if it protects as well as earlier versions did. perhaps it’s better with the pencil in it, however I don’t plan to get one. Wish they had an option without the pencil holder. Was going to recommend for someone else… but May look at other options now.
