Great for the price. Does what it should. Screws and nuts are backwards though. The screws should be on the end with the posts and shroud (the male end) and the nuts should be on the female end. Sorry, that came out kinda wrong. Not unlike this part. Fortunately that’s a simple fix, given the proper sized nut driver. Type 2 is probably more typical use case than type 1, since it’s the “down” version for most standard VGA orientations. Which is admittedly a weird thing to say in 2022.

Just what i needed

Great little adapter for the back of my TV that I have wall-mounted as a monitor. This is the second one I've bought, both for the same purpose and I too had to switch the screws on both of them, makes me wonder if they even read their feedback on here. It wasn't too difficult, but it does help to push the screws through backwards first to make them fit better when you put them in the right way.
