This 2.5 SATA hard drive enclosure gives you an ultra-fast, portable external storage solution for 2.5” hard drives or solid-state drives up to 15 mm in height. The HDD enclosure provides quick access to your data wherever you go and it lets you retain your data after an upgrade to a new SSD or HDD in your computer. USB 3.1 Gen 2 also gives you greater bandwidth and speeds up to 10Gbps for ultra-fast access to your data. Impeccable pour mon disque Seagate

Encore un disque Seagate 4To qui ne fonctionne plus. Ô miracle en démontant le boitier Seagate, je me suis rendu compte qu'à l'intérieur c'est un véritable interface SATA 500/600 avec le petit interface m...que qui est HS. Ce boitier est génial car il a une hauteur de 15mm qui accepte le disque de 2.5" mais assez haut. Le fonctionnement avec l'interface USB3 est correct. Juste parfait

Boîtier pour disque 2.5" 15mm d'épaisseur

Acheté pour contenir un disque Seagate 2.5" 5To de 15mm d'épaisseur. Il faut faire attention pour l'insérer, car le boîtier n'est pas assez long pour pouvoir le glisser à plat et l'enficher dans le connecteur SATA en le coulissant: On ne peut que l'insérer en biais puis forcer un peu pour qu'il s'engage à la fois dans le boîtier et le connecteur. Par contre, bonnes fixations mécaniques par vis pour le disque-boîtier et couvercle-boîtier. Dans l'utilisation, il y a une bizzarerie qui fait que lors du premier branchement, le débit en écriture plafonne à 20Mo/s. En débranchant et rebranchant, il atteint 120Mo/s et est resté à cette valeur par la suite. Ce phénomène s'est produit sur 2 PC différents. Je ne sais pas dire si cela provient du disque ou du boîtier. Le débit en lecture a toujours été correct (135Mo/s).

Compre un SSD 2T China.... y esta caja es la unica que pude usar para formatear el SSD. Lo barato sale caro.

Solid 2.5" enclosure

Did exactly what I needed it to. Had an older 2.5" SSD that had some important info on it. Installed the drive in seconds and had instant access to the data.
