This is a good quality cable that has been running non-stop for about 3 years in a server and is still working without issues (no negative impact on throughput).

This cable is well made and sturdy and it does work just fine. The computer it is installed on still has problems related to another part but it works well enough to see that this item made a big difference in how it is now compared to before. I bought this so I could move the RAID Card in a HP DL320e. It will work with any HBA where SFF 8087 is required on each side. There has been no performance issues and the braiding is of sufficient quality for static installations. The retaining clips are fully functional and engage with little pressure but retain well enough and are easy enough to release in areas of tight clearance.
