I've purchased April 23 2024, and now July 14 2024 and the "self-cleaning" mode doesn't work. I tried everything and cleaned it manually, let it dry up, and retried after use, but nope it just stopped working. The vacuum is heavy and I throw the box out so replacing would be a hassle... Otherwise, the concept is good, it mops and vacuums very well but this disappointment makes me question how long the vacuum will work and If in a year I'll have to purchase another one again... I've read a lot of positive and encouraging reviews that it was life-changing so I took a chance but now I don't know if I would recommend it.

It’s really good for flooring, whether wood or tiles, but it does not work well on rugs. Don’t expect the pet hair to be picked up. And it’s quite a lot of work to clean it! It has to be pulled apart and washed after each use because the stench if you don’t is unbearable

This is a big timesaver. It really does a good job and uses very little water. You just vacuum, a little slower than you normally would, and your floors are spotless.

I had an issue with this product where it would automatically turn itself on and itself off randomly doing the times of the day. I had a lot of trouble with it at night, where my neighbours would get disturbed because of it turning on at 1 AM in the morning, I contacted the Shark Canada support and after contacting them five times have they picked once they told me that they would need to replace the body even though I told them that it is a handle that has a turn on and off button and if I remove the handle, I do not get the issue and they made me pay for the whole shipping of the product, even though there was no fault of mine and the whole issue that I got a faulty product.

5 stars for sure. I’ve had it about 2 months and have no complaints. It works like a champ. You vacuum and mop with this and it picks up all debris. It mops very very well. It does a great job on area rugs too by just pushing that button. It’s lightweight and has a ton of get up and go. Swivel head. VERY easy to fill the tank, which cleans all of my upstairs, then I dump, add more water/solution and attack the downstairs. VERY easy to clean. Just pop it back in the charging station, hit the “On” button, make sure there’s solution in the tank, and let it do its magic. When I dump all the dirty water into the toilet I rinse the holder, pull out any leftover hair and debris, and pop it back in the station. Roller cover comes off easily for additional cleaning. All parts are easy to remove and pop back on. Solution is sold in many places so if it’s sold out on Amazon just try WalMart l etc. Love love love it!! Game changer.
