Light, easy to use, good battery

I like that it is easy to handle. It is light weight and cleans very well. The only thing I do not like are the instructions. It does not tell you how to empty the dust chamber etc.

I had a piece break 2 months after purchase. shark confirmed it’s covered by warranty but would not ship replacement part because they do not ship to Canada. After 5 months the battery won’t last 5 minutes. Again, Shark will not send replacement part to Canada. Had high hopes for this vacuum. Terrible customer service. Amazon can’t help because they are just a supplier.

Works great so far. I love how light it is and that I don’t have to worry about cords anymore. Super easy to empty into the base and keep going.

its a great product, nice features, good suction for a cordless product and we love the auto empty feature that really makes it easy for us to use this item frequently, but we noticed the battery runs about 15 minutes max on a regular carpet, works a bit longer if we use it on laminate floor, abit disappointed with the Battery, drains alot faster than we anticipated, other than that its a great product.
