J'ai acheté cet aspirateur il y a environ 8 mois et après seulement 5 mois il a commencé à dire des messages d'erreur demandant de regarder sous le robot pour une obstruction. Chaque fois, les débris et poids d'animaux qu'il ramasse finissent accumulés entre le rouleau et son réservoir à la place de s'accumuler directement dans le réservoir ce qui crée une obstruction. (Je tiens à préciser que le réservoir est presque vide à chaque fois...) Une fois que j'enlève cette obstruction et que je fais un nettoyage complet du rouleau, mon aspirateur m'affiche encore le problème, ce qui est très frustrant car il n'y a plus aucune obstruction. J'ai également pris le temps de regarder des vidéos YouTube pour essayer de trouver une manière de remédier à ça et j'ai constaté qu'il s'agissait d'un problème fréquent pour ce robot... Cela doit faire 1 mois que je ne suis plus capable de le faire partir. Je ne le recommande absolument pas. Le produit est une énorme déception.

I keep having to waste time and try and get replacements and they still don’t work. First one worked generally kinda ok for a month or so, then the app and wouldn’t work, and it started going off at all goes off the day and night no matter what I did with the settings. Also it’s loud and clunky. Disturbs everyone, wakes everyone up, even annoying if you’re trying to talk on the phone. First time it was the app that wouldn’t work. Now the replacement won’t even work at all even manually. Customer service is horrendous. They no not keep their timelines, they say you’ll be called back by some other department in 48 hours and it ends up being 3 weeks. Then there’s rudeness and kicking the can down the road. I got the extended warranty and I basically just feel I’ve been robbed of my time and of my money . Additionally the “mapping” feature is not really as described. I’ve owned three other brands over the years and they’ve all worked well for several years before they developed any problems. DO NOT BUY! Buy anything else… buy the cheapest one with no features and it’ll still work better

Got it for my husband. Does a good job of getting the animal hair. Can’t get into corners but it does a decent job.

Works decently, but really loud on our vinyl floors so we can only use it when we’re not home. Tried to run it overnight and it woke up our son (that has a sound machine on all night) it was so loud. So isn’t as useful as we hoped.
