Shark AI Robot Vacuum with IQ Navigation, Home Mapping, AI Laser Vision, Self-Cleaning Brushroll, Wi-Fi, Works with Alexa (RV2001CA)

We have 2 dogs, 2 cats - this vacuum couldn’t keep up with the hair. The extra suction mode never worked and it would often create its own route and bounce all over the main floor while cleaning rather than following the map. Purchased in March 2023 and it has a code error called motor malfunction. Note that you cannot contact Shark and get help with warranty on this product for some reason.

Now that I have everything figured out this is great

I bought this vaccum from the warehouse deal which was 200$ instead of like 400+. Overall super impressed of this vaccum. I bought it for my upper floor since I already have another shark vacuum on my main level. I can control both from the app. I wanted one that can do a mapping of your house. I makes the cleaning more efficient! The only thing that would make this vacuum perfect would be a self emptying dock but I knew buying this one that it was not the case! 10/10 for 200$ used but almost new that can do floor mapping .. I don't think you can beat that !

Stopped working after two months. Did the all the trouble shoot problems. Called the the support line. Guy was super nice, did the trouble shooting over the video call. Not working. Need a new battery. Cool. I have to pay for the new battery. What? It's under one year warranty. The vacuum worked great until it didn't .The after care is terrible. They were nice enough to give me a 50% discount on the battery and free shipping. Be careful on your purchase. ||| UPDATE ||| We got the new battery. Put the new battery and it would not charge, the vacuum died a day or so later. It was obviously charging issue. I called Shark, again. Again, nice customer service rep, this time though, didn't worry about trying to troubleshoot. Replaced the unit and said if I return the battery I would get my refund for the battery. Better resolution and after care this time. Still had to pay for shipping for the unit.

Extremely pleased with this vacuum so far. It mapped the house successfully on the first try and the app is easy to use to get it to clean a designated room or area. Very satisfied with my purchase!
