Sennheiser SH250 Binaural Headset with Microphone Standard Packaging

Beware that the additional cable adapter is needed. I knew that and had all the parts I needed to get this to work. I returned these because I could not get the volume low enough - even at my (Panasonic) phone's lowest volume level the volume was still so loud it actually hurt my ears. There is no volume control on the cable or headphones, so you are at the mercy of what your phone allows. After returning these 250's I tried and kept the SH 350 instead, and do not have the too much volume problem with those. (Those also have no volume control and at the lowest phone volume setting they are also a bit loud but not painfully so).

The Headset is awesome. What keeps me from giving it 5 stars is, that the delivery is not complete. You will need a extra cable to connect the Headset to your phone. And Amazon does not mention that in the product description. So, I did have to order a cable after I received the Headset and I did encounter shipping costs which would not have been the case if I would have ordered everything in the first time. Not to mention, I had a heck of a time to find the right cable. Amazon gives no support here. Such a expensive Headset should be complete and good to go. Amazon: very poor job on product description.

This is a good quality product but please be aware that it cannot be used without an additional adapter cable costing at least another £10. This should be made clear on the product description but it is not. No real probelm finding the cable but if you don't find out until you receive the headset you then have to wait to use it until you have your adapter cable.
