More cheaply made than older Senheiser

After 7 months, the base of my headset broke. The plastic section that holds the charging connection simply broke off. My last headset from Sennheiser lasted for about 5 years. I am supremely disappointed in the build quality of this product.

If you are softly spoken, you will not be heard.

I've had this problem with Plantronics as well, as a softly spoken person my voice is treated like background noise and the noise cancelling will filter me out. This means the audio I deliver has ups and down in volume and sometimes cuts out all together. If you are a loud talker, you won't have issues.
