This is a compact, well-built card reader that feels solid and durable. There are no cheap, flimsy plastics. The squared-off profile makes it easy to fit the reader in a camera bag and take it with you for downloading footage on the go. Performance is solid. I measured it a consistent 860+Mbps write and 870+Mbps read when used with a SandDisk Extreme Extreme Pro 512 GB CF Express card. All in all it works well for my needs and if I decide to buy other SanDisk Pro readers and their dock I can integrate them into a simple, elegant solution on my desk.

Am SO glad I got this! Bought it on the deal with the reader and a 1 TB memory chip. It is super fast at exchanging information from my phone to my computer and I don't have to leave my phone connected any longer so that is really nice feature. Love having this!
