I have a iPhone 15 pro and doesn’t recognize the usb, someone can help me, I installed and desinstale the app, and restarted my phone but the problem persist.

Sadly doesn’t work for iPhone Pro 15.. feels flimsy too with the new iPhone. Purchased another external drive instead.

We live in a world of plug-and-play and expect everything to just work, or to be easy to figure out without reading the manual. I am one of those who did not read the manual. 🙃 I read lots of reviews here and online before I chose to purchase this. This product is mostly user-friendly, but I did find some things difficult at first because of the way it transfers. I’m not sure I can explain it here except to say that when I select & copy photos from my iPhone 11 Pro Max, it’s not immediately obvious where it puts them. I had to go search for them on the app, select them again, and then save to the Sandisk (they give you an option in which folder to save). The next time I did it, it didn’t give me the option to load them from my iPhone again. I had to go out of the app and come back in. That worked. It’s hit and miss so I just go in and out of the app as needed. My goal then was to add six videos to a thumb drive. I plugged both the USB-C Sandisk and the USB thumb drive into the ports on my Samsung laptop (note: not a Mac). Then I just dragged and dropped each of the 6 videos from the Sandisk to the thumb drive. Easy Peezy. I was glad that it wasn’t just compatible with Apple products. Also, when you are done saving, the Sandisk gives you the option to delete them from your iPhone. Keep in mind, your phone will keep them in the delete folder for 30 days unless you manually go and delete those too. I’ve only had it for a few days, but so far I’m very impressed. I have already moved a few thousand photos and some videos onto the Sandisk. if it doesn’t hold everything I have, I will simply purchase another one — as long as this one continues to work. I’ve read reviews here while people said it stopped working after using it a few times. I have already plugged it in and unplugged it about 20 times and it’s working for me. If it stops working at some point, I will come back and change my review. 😊 It’s been great to offload these pictures from my phone. This is a lot easier and waaay faster than trying to transfer them from my iPhone to my Samsung laptop.
