Love my Samsung tablet. The 256 GB version gives you lots of built in storage. Very responsive.

Huge issues with with speed and endless lagging. The only app that seems to work properly is YouTube. I cannot even get past the loggin screen on Paramount+ let alone stream a movie. Same issues with other sites (Flosports). Endless buffering with apple music. Even the Samsung store is problematic (times out during loggins) and if I finally do get in most of the images do not download. This has been a horrible experience, is it because Amazon no longer adds packing material inside their boxes and the tablet gets damaged during transit? Or is there a fatal flaw in the tablets design? The reason I ask is because I just previously returned the same product for the same reasons. This is tablet number 2.

Bought this to replace my old Samsung S4 tablet. What a step forward! The keyboard integrates very well and with the wonderful screen, I find i can work quite effectively on this device for many tasks. I break out my laptop far less often now.

Love this! If you're in the Android ecosystem, especially the Samsung ecosystem, there is no better choice. I debated getting a refurbished older model for cheaper but a new one has the guarantee of updates and a fresh battery. It completely suits my needs, which is business mixed with pleasure. The AI features are fun but unnecessary. Basically I just wanted fresh hardware and that's what I got. Delivery, however, was supposed to be signed for and they just left it on the front step inviting porch pirates. I wouldn't care as much for a cheaper item but again needs to take more care for something like this.
