This is the best sound experience I ever had. Audio 360 transports you to another place. The noise cancelation is better than I expected.... ❤️

I do not recommend buying this product. The original Samsung Galaxy Buds3 actually have soft tips on the ear buds to ensure a proper ear fit. This is an inferior product that does not stay in your ear even with ear guards. Save yourself the money and the headaches. Go to Samsung or BB and buy the originals.I would rate zero stars if I could.

Quick review : A) one bud stopped working within 3 weeks. B) the buds don't fit well in the ear and keep falling out. The fit is so bad that you don't even know if you have ambient noise-cancelation. C) after hard reset, it won't pair to anything as the button doesn't work. I bought this to replace my Pixel Buds A. Within the first 3 weeks, one bud stopped working. I followed the support instructions provided for such cases. The instructions suggest unpairing the device from your cell and/or smart watch. I followed the instructions and unpaired from both devices. Now it won't even blink when you hold the button, near the UBB-C charging port. It only charges. I let the battery drain and charge it again following all the instructions when it won't connect. Still no luck. So I can't pair it to my cell or smart watch. Literally useless! The ear fit is terrible. If there is ambient noise-canceling, I wouldn't know. This isn't a 1st gen product, I expect better from Samsung. This was my return to Samsung and it's been a big let-down so far.

I don't understand why some people giving nagtive feedback? Sound quality is great. Call quality is perfect. Bud size is perfect for small ears.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I had to on this particular item due to the apple fan boys leaving negative reviews! First off this is my second purchase of the buds3 Got a set from Staples to test them out before purchasing a set for my Son, 5 people have tried them on including Apple users and all loved them they did not fall off!!! As I'm writing this review I've been out for a walk for an hour now and they haven't fallen from running walking etc.. sound quality is good They're really comfortable vs the buds2 Honestly don't be afraid to purchase these ! I couldn't be happier I have purchased 2 sets of them !!
