This cartridge did the job. "New" --- not so much. Obviously a refurb. Originally we thought the cartridge was defective. After receiving another black ordered from another location, we realized the issue was in our printer (rare). When this cartridge was installed it hit a little lever and the lever broke. A piece of the plastic lever was stuck under the color cartridges. After cleaning under CMY&K+ --- it printed fine. Some toner on our hands and no pull tab+ --- not new. These cartridges should be clearly marked as refurbs. The cartridge will not be returned as previously indicated --- now we have an extra on hands (like it or not). 4 stars because the print job is complete.

Considerable toner found outside black and cyan cartridges. Also black cartridge not fitting into Ricoh printer so will not print. I'd appreciate a refund or a replacement set.

This is great. It is what I needed. If you own one a RICOH Aficio SP C240SF then you want the name brand toner. Non-name brand leaves toner behind on your paper.
