Plantronics Headset - Adapter Cable - Plastic - Black

I bought this to help me audit calls at work, it attaches to my headset and works for sound output with no issues at all. It saves me carrying round bulky earphones round as it's very portable, so I keep in in the zip case that my headset stays in. I'm very happy with it!

L'adaptateur est fait pour le MICRO casque Plantronics mais il ne gère pas le micro !!! L'annonce ne l'indique même pas !!! Très décevant.

Embout casque compatible casque Wantek Fonctionne parfaitement avec PC portable et téléphone portable. Qualité du son très bonne, nette et sans grésillement. Micro parfait également (pas de plainte de mes interlocuteurs) Très appréciable pendant cette période de confinement et de télétravail

I'll start by saying, there's nothing wrong with the product itself but there are some compatibility issues as noted in a few other posts I read. I bought it with a Plantronics headset with the intention to switch between a landline phone (Nortel) and my mobile phone while in the office. My wireless phone is a Blackberry Q10 and the headphones work but the microphone does not. So I can hear people but they cannot hear me. On a positive note, the headphones and microphone do work with my laptop with Skype so all is not lost.
