A little bit expensive

Works as it should I just dont like how Philips Hue nickels and dimes its user with trying to essentially sell you the peanut butter without the jelly. Hey Philips!!! do better!!

Good quality. It is a little bulky and I wish the power cord was longer so you could hide the box but due to the length I had to use an extension cord to hide it where I wanted. it has worked as advertised.

Twice a Philips Hue outdoor power supply has failed for me, each time destroying multiple connected outdoor lights, I.e. a loss of hundreds of dollars. Philips Hue support didn't care; resulting in me changing from previously recommending Hue to now telling people to never purchase Philips Hue products.

Unfortunately, the one that came with my outdoor light strip was the old, previous version, so it died afte about 1 1/2 years our in the yard. These are quite expensive, but in general the Philips Hue products are very well designed and in particular the outdoor products have a high survival rate to the elements compared with the cheap stuff you find in at Home Depot etc.
