This description seemed like case was I included just the keyboard with no instructions. Tried to find it on otter box but no help!!! Very very frustrated

I've used several Otterbox products in the past for smartphones, tablets, and laptops, and would rate them highly. This folio + keyboard case for my iPad, however, is the rare poor exception. Although the actual protective case for the iPad shows typical Otterbox sturdiness, the tab that connects the case to the keyboard is flimsy and aggravating. When detaching the magnetic piece to convert to a keyboard/screen configuration, the weight of the keyboard causes that portion to fall away and put stress on the connecting tab. Additionally, the keyboard responsiveness is lackluster, with significant lag time between keystroke/trackpad and mouse movement. I realize that an iPad is not a laptop, but I had hoped the addition of this keypad would at least make it more similar.

The keyboard did not connect at all. Charged it and nothing. Plus the iPad fit really really tight it was a hassle to put in and take off! Definitely returning.

Received keyboard folio, but did not receive iPad case or screen protector.

Keyboard doesn't work. It never appears in my Bluetooth.
