Got an open box obviously a return had everything but the screen protector

Broke one a bit ago and it still worked.

I accidentally closed my trunk on my purse and the screen protector chipped and had some spider web cracks. I filed a claim for replacement with Otterbox. I was charged $10.47 to have another product, Amplify glass, shipped to me. I stupidly paid it. My original purchase, Alpha glass, was not available and the rep insinuated that the Amplify was a better product but I found out later that the Amplify glass is less durable. I have been waiting for the replacement for almost a week. What’s worse, I found out that with the ZAGG screen protector warranty, that I purchased for my son’s phone from a local retailer, I could just walk in and get a replacement on the spot for free. Moral: sometimes it is better to pay a few more dollars for essentials.

Received the Otterbox Screen protector, the device included made it very easy to line up on screen properly. Product arrived earlier than expect, another Great Otterbox Product. Most pleased with purchase.
