Quality product.

I have been using Cisco managed switches for several years in my home. I started with the SG2xx/3xx series and now the CBS250 series. Never had any issues with any of the switches. About 3 years back I bought some unifi switches and WAP. Worked Ok for a few months, but then nothing but grief. Removed them and put my Cisco back in place and smooth sailing. Pure local setup and management, nice and easy.

Easy to set up and just works

Installed this in our IT closet at work and just worked as expected right out of the box. Nothing else to report. If you want a fanless and easy-to-manage switch for your office that doesn't break the bank i'd recommend..

Unreliable

Failed 3 days after being installed, will not even power on. Replaced a 10 year old switch hoping to prevent problems and ended up causing the exact problem I hoped to prevent.

Excellent Switch

Love this switch! I replaced two managed switches with fans with two of these in order to reduce noise. These are super quiet (no fan). So far they have been excellent. They are definitely the way to go for in house, home networking.
