OPEN BOX - Dell Dell Active Pen

Great product; it works perfectly with my Latitude 7400 2 in 1.

Esta pluma me esta ayudando a usar mi 2 en 1 en mis reuniones importantes como tablet, ya que puedo escribir a mano y dibujar en pizarras en línea, esto facilita mucho el intercambio de información e ideas que en el pasado, las escribiamos en un pizarron físico y hoy con herramientas de colaboración y la pluma, se vuelve más sencillo.

I bought this pen through the Dell Website, used it for a few days on a compatible laptop and had no issues. The pen then would suddenly stop working at random intervals. The pen would poop out for about 20 minutes before suddenly working again... for another 40 minutes before pooping out again. I LOVE this pen and it is an amazing experience to use it. I am an illustrator who has tried many stylus' on many different tablets and this one provided the best experience yet. However, it is unreliable. Upon the pen not working, I would reconnect the Bluetooth, ensure it is fully charged, update and make sure I have the right driver downloaded, reboot the driver and the pen... and it would not work, yet the laptop was functioning perfectly. I am disappointed because the pen is by far the most amazing digital art experience I have ever had, yet it decided to not work. After sitting on the phone with Dell for an hour, they determined there was no fix (which I kinda already knew because I did my research and couldn't fix it),

This is compatible with my Dell touch screen but not any of my other touch screens. Check the list of products it is compatible with before buying. It was easy to set up and works perfect "most" of the time. It can be moody. The stylus is very thin and my hand get tired from gripping it.
