Keyboard stops working

I have had two of these and both stopped working within a year. I loved it otherwise, but would not purchase again because of the short life.

Cheap... but small and effective...

Interesting... works as advertised... Not sure I'm sold on this.... it is cheap... but small and effective... I think if it was $100 and quality I'd be happy

Pros: - Visual design (curvature) is aesthetically pleasing - Numpad tray - Interesting shortcut key mechanics at the top - Lots of shortcut keys, pre-programmed to cut/copy/paste/open/save/etc. - Lit scrollbar at the bottom. Cons: - Mine came not perfectly level, which is very much like a wobbly table. Frustrating. - Cheap plastic. Doesn't look elegant at all. Probably not worth $40, but $20. - Strangely placed shortcuts. You may end up copying when you mean to press Ctrl, since the keyboard shortcut is at the bottom-left where you expect to find Ctrl by touch. - Difficult to navigate with arrows and home/pgUp/pgDn because they are in a row at the right, not around the arrow keys. - Labels on F keys indicate that the keyboard and in general all the pre-programmed keys are not for "power users". Makes you feel dumb, actually. "Hey, here is the copy key, since you obviously know nothing about Ctrl-C". F11 is labelled "F'ward". Let's say you're a programmer. This doesn't have VIM or EMACS shortcuts, it has Microsoft shortcuts, like "launch Internet Explorer". BAH. This one is going back.
