The card constantly gives my pc a black screen which forces a reset. had to return it

Graphics card works great amazon lied about the promo with this gpu.

Fast, stable, and came with promos.

Purchased two of these and they arrived a week prior to the expected delivery date. Although the listing never mentioned it I did get an email from Amazon that AMD was sponsoring a promo for a free game. Got two codes for Starfield Premium which is about $100 on Steam each. The codes worked but since these are new machines I needed get my system clocks sync'd to an NTP server in order for the AMD PVQ verification tool to work. The games are now part of my kids steam profiles. These are large cards but most gamers plan for the case and power supply requirements.

Driver Purgatory and Stuttery VR

MSI Afterburner doesn't do anything in terms of boosting or undervolting this card, nor does the AMD software, even though it shows the capability to tune the card. In fact the only difference of any kind I could see was the image sharpening, which I think looked great. Bezel correction is non existent, so you can't game multi-monitor. Eyefinity Pro is hidden in the AMD install files, but no matter what you set up as your bezel correction, it defaults to the same alternate incorrect resolution every time; 6336 pixels. Even though I reinstalled the newest driver 3 times after running DDU, I had frequent driver hangs and computer crashes. In VR, there were constant hang ups and stutters that wouldn't quit no matter how easy to run the game, or how many restarts/reinstalls. After every new setting change, my taskbar and icons would move.

Shrugs off 1080p No Problem

I had a used 2070 Super for years that was dying a slow painful death. I'm glad I waited to get one of these over an Intel A770 which I was planning. I'm still playing games at 1080p and this card is overpowered imo for this task. I plan on upgrading, but I'm just glad my PC isn't crashing. If this card or similar goes on sale, get it. I more than suits my needs for gaming!
