Using this headphone for couple of months now. 1. Teams/Slack/Webex Sound - very good to ear 9.5/10. 2. Volume loudness -8.5/10. (Although it is good that max volume is not so loud, but in some very cases we need loud sound. However for over all usage of it, i'm rating it high). 3. Fit to head - 6/10, this is a problem area. There is no adjustment slider. So different size of headight have issues, especially smaller ones. I struggle sometimes due to this. 4. Fee to ear - 7/10. It is good here. 5. Music and other entertainment stuff - 7/10. 6. Noise cancellation - 5/10 7. Mobile - it has 3.5 mm jack for most mobiles. 8. Mouthpiece - 8/10. Cliarity to other end is crisp.(my colleagues feedback) Conclusion: Highly recommend for calls/office use. The primary function of sound during calls is very good. For music it is average.

Overall build quality is good, but not for music . Only good for office calls. Best thing it came with 3.5 trrs connector. I'm using it with Asus AI noise cancellation adapter. Noice cancelling Mic + AI Great combination for office calls.

The mic filter out 60% of the noise which is great. The speakers made for clear vocal sounds. Lightweight and comfortable. This is my second pairs from Sennheiser, high quality as expected from a German brand.

I was on the lookout to have a backup headset and since I am very satisfied with the MB Pro 2 from the same brand I went for it. The design of this one is different and the ear pads with the arc while comfortable at first have some serious clamp force and put too much pressure on my ears to the point it was hurting me after barely 30 minutes. I need to be able to keep it on for a few hours. The position of the adjustable width was set to the max. The construction is pretty good overall, I don't feel they are low end or junk as some other reviewers commented. Yes, you need to be careful and not sit on it and I am not 100% they'll survive a fall from desk high. I liked the cable was not tangling and long enough to reach a few thing around the desk.

We bought the EPOS Sennhesier ANC version headset and were very pleased with the performance. Superb audio, fantastic natural microphone, with sufficient depth and breadth, plus sufficient noise cancelling microphone to block outside noises. That headset is USB connection. We need one with 3.5mm jack, plus, USB-C. We didn't look further. Sennhesier. We reviewed the EPOS Sennheiser portal product info before we decided on this one and ordered. Big disappointment. Performance way below our ANC one. Well, there is a price difference of course. But this one is way below average performance at this price point. And, it is also surprisingly super uncomfortable. The two speakers are pressing hard at our ears. Our ANC one was very comfortable, nothing like this. We tried the USB-C connections on 2 two-year old not low end nor mid range laptops. Did not work on both. The 3.5mm connection works fine. A question for Amazon. Our Amazon price after logging in for this product is $11 more than when we googled this Amazon item price or what camelcamelcamel displayed. This happened lately for a few items we are interested in. $11 more. Hidden shipping cost or higher pricing for frequent Amazon shopper?
