I love this headset. I've used it for 2 years as an over the road truck driver and for another 2 years around the house since, I don't even like to talk on the phone without it! Great noise cancelation, I asked my brother how I sounded and he told me there was a little bit of noise in the background but he could hear me just fine when I was talking normally.. I was standing right in front of my running semi truck, right at the engine! For the secret trick.. if you forgot your charging cord somewhere and want to charge them.. pull the ear pad off and there's a hidden micro-USB port behind it. I've owned these for over 4 years and had no idea lol. The volume could be a little bit louder but the battery life more than makes up for that. If I can hear through it in a moving semi truck then they should be plenty loud for office work

I use this a lot for personal calls with family on an iPhone 13. No problems connecting, sound quality is fine, it’s comfortable. But you have to push into the device as if you were trying to push a rod through your skull, just above the ear. I’d much prefer a rocker switch or slide switch, or a mechanical button. I find myself pushing at different locations on the headband trying to find the sweet spot to switch the d—n thing on or off and it just seems like a stupid design. Sometimes I accidentally turn on voice dialing on the iPhone, which is a major annoyance (since I didn’t want THAT). After several years of use, I’m questioning whether I would buy it again due to the frustration of the on/off function (or lack there of). Surprisingly there haven’t been many good alternatives on the market with this combination of functionality (Bluetooth, single ear, good mike, good acoustics, comfort, durability, great battery life). I’ve tried many, many other headsets (wired, wireless, Bose, Sennheiser, Belkin) as i used to travel a lot and needed good headsets for remote work in noisy places well before Covid. Above all, I preferred wired Bose in-ear noise-cancelling earbuds (which they don’t make anymore and cost $300). At my office, where I close the door and don’t have to keep quiet for the benefit of others, I use a Chat-50 speaker phone wired to my laptop. This headset is a bit more comfortable than the Bose earbud, and I don’t need noise cancelling when I’m at home, while a speaker phone would annoy the entire household, so this device addresses a specific need that I have (and I would not use it traveling or in the office). For the quality and features, I think it’s appropriately priced, but no bargain and best in class but not unique (compared to the Bose, which was one-of-a-kind in terms of portability, comfort, sound quality, and noise cancelling—it could be used in many different environments). If you can accept a wired solution, there are numerous high quality alternatives.

I've been using the Sennheiser MB Pro 1 wireless headset for a while now, and while it has some positives, there are a few drawbacks that keep me from giving it a higher rating. The power button is hard to find and press, which can be frustrating at times. Additionally, the charger design and connection make it impossible to use the headset while charging, which can be inconvenient if I forget to charge it overnight. Furthermore, the fit of the headset can be a bit awkward feeling at first, and it took me a while to get used to it. While it is comfortable after a while, it can be a bit annoying during longer conference calls. Overall, the Sennheiser MB Pro 1 is a decent wireless headset with good audio quality and wireless range. However, the issues with the power button, charger design, and fit make it hard to fully recommend. If those things aren't a concern for you, it might be a good choice, but if you need a more user-friendly and comfortable headset, you may want to keep searching.

My son recommended this unit because his IT team were all users. I tried it because as many of us do, I wanted to grow up to be like him. .... Well anyway. I like this Sennheiser and was an easy sell because I've used their world class microphones in my studio and live shows for years. Sure it's a teeny bit pricey, but it's better than anything else in that price range. You can wear it one side of your head for a while. Then if your brain burns out on that side, you can flip the mic wand around and switch to the other ear. I guess they could be a little more comfortable than that little plastic clamp on the side of your head for a few hours. My biggest gripe may not even be their fault. When I'm in my car, the Bluetooth baby seems to like working on my call right up to it ringing at the other end ..... and SWITCHING to the car speaker when they pick up. I HATE THAT. Fix it.

It works. I use it for business phone calls. I used a wired set for two years. The ear and mic were excellent on wired version. This blue tooth version is good. A little delay when speaking. Mic again is good enough but not great. I decided to keep it but wish ear piece sound a little better. Hard to say if others are same price range any better. Bluetooth disconnects at about 50 feet. Tried music just to test. Definitely not for music.
