Fue fácil de instalar . Hasta ahora funciona muy bien. Extiende mucho la red a lugares que mi módem de Telmex no llegaba. Incluso con un solo Deco la red mejoró bastante. Incluso no hubiera sido necesario el segundo. Pero con el segundo me aseguro de que todo esté bien. Mi casa es de dos pisos y tres recamaras.

This WiFi mesh system has surpassed my expectations and has been working great for nearly 2 months with no issues! WiFi connection is great throughout the house with no dead zones. No WiFi outages at all! Haven’t had to touch these devices since initial set up! So easy to set up too! The app is great and I can see all devices that are connected, as well as devices that have been connected but are currently turned off. I know this system can handle up to 150 devices. I don’t have anywhere near this many but have quite a few and all are working great! I had no issues connecting older devices either, with the instructions provided. Very easy. Most of my devices require 2.4 G and this system a accommodates them all! Great transaction, fast shipping and great packaging to protect the devices! Well worth the money. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing and it paid off! Glad I went with this system! One of the reasons, too, was the potential to cover up to 7000 square feet, which was higher than other mesh systems in this price range. I have outdoor WiFi devices that are working great as well due to the great range! I live rurally and the distance I needed wasn’t a security issue but if you live in an area that’s more populated, just we’d to consider the range this covers. However, it’s password protected and with the app, if anyone does manage to connect to your WiFi somehow, you’ll be able to see an unfamiliar device in the device list. Highly recommend!

Summary - Have been using this for 3 days with no issues supporting several smart devices. Router shipped was V3 which uses homeshield (limited free features, need to pay 7.99/mo for full features), not homecare(entirely free) for parental controls, this is in contrast to the description on product page. I have been battling connectivity issues with my previous mesh system (D-Link R2203), dropping connection to smart devices, slow wifi speeds (sometimes running 1/10th the speed over wifi that I get on wired connections). After having a warranty replacement sent that I had the same issues with and some time on tech support no solution I set out doing extensive research to find a new system. House is not massive so having the multiple points of a mesh system was not a requirement to get proper signal within the house, but is used to spread out the wifi connections across multiple points (approx. 100 wireless devices). We have a large property with a detached garage with metal siding and a metal roof which blocks the wifi signal from the house. We also have a chicken coop at the back of our property with cameras and a smart switch where we needed to get a signal to. The signal strength between the D-Link R2203 and TP-Link X60 is comparable. We are using a 3 pack of X60 in the house and I purchased a 2 pack of the M2 points, one to use in the garage and one in the chicken coop (a higher end point is not required and the M5 does not have a vent on the top which I saw as ideal to reduce the amount of dust entering the unit). All points are connected via wired backhaul, with lines trenched to the garage and chicken coop (note a switch that supports IEEE 1905.1 is required when placed between points connected via ethernet). I spent a considerable amount of time back and forth with TP-Link support to determine the best model for my set up. Originally I was going to go with a GX90 router with AX55 as a point, however the GX90 only supports up to 64 devices on the 2.4ghz channel with another 64+128 on the two 5ghz channels. The X60 supports 128 devices on the 2.4ghz channel and 128 on the 5ghz channel. Having a higher amount of devices supported on the 2.4ghz channel was important as most smart home devices operate on this channel. 3 days in we have not had any devices drop connections and have maintained the same speed on wired and wireless. Setup was fairly easy via the app, there is a web interface however the web interface is essentially "read only", all changes need to happen via the app. This is the one downside I have found to mesh systems is the "dumbed down" interface. Some of the points on the app however that I do like in comparison to the previous system I was using is that you can see each point and it confirms the status as wired backhaul, you are able to see which devices are connected to each point (conversely when selecting a device you are able to see which point it is connected to). It is not clear from the description or on the product page but it does connect to google home (not just alexa), although I have not yet tried to see what features are available when using voice activation, I suspect it may be limited to turning the guest wifi off/on. The app also allows you to view the internet usage (up/down speed) by each device which is also nice to determine if a device is sucking up your bandwith. One other feature I like is that your phone provides you with a notification whenever a new device connects to your network (either home or guest), this is a nice feature to alert if something is connecting that you do not expect, or to help determine which device you just added to allow you to go in and rename / add it to a parental control group. You are able to set up different profiles for each child and then group all their devices under that profile with set parameters.
