I needed a way to share my laptop screen with others at a table, and this portable monitor worked perfectly. Here are my thoughts while using it: - I appreciate having the option of using USB-C or mini HDMI. At the moment I’m using the USB-C cable and it works great for me. - The setup was incredibly quick; it took about a second after plugging it in for my laptop to recognize it as a new monitor and duplicate my screen. - While I'm not a color accuracy expert, I was pleasantly surprised by the good colors and minimal blurring. It looked like a higher-end monitor to me. - The flexibility in positioning the monitor is great. You can prop it up vertically for a portrait display or fold it up to a full 360 degrees if you want to use it like a tablet. - The instructions provided are easy to follow. Though I chose not to attach the magnets to my laptop, the process seemed straightforward. The package includes a link to an instructional video, written instructions, and a template for good magnet placement. Overall, I love this portable monitor. It solves the challenge of sharing my laptop screen with others while out.

I work with data, all day, everyday at work. If a dozen spreadsheets aren't open at one time, I am not doing my job. Originally I started out with two monitors then to three but it never seemed enough. I came across this Mobile Pixels Portable Monitor and though it would be perfect for my use. Turns out, I was right. This product has some weight to it but it screams quality and you can really tell when the screen turns on. The screen quality is better than my workplace Dell laptop. It starts up and turns on very fast too. It is nice not having an internal battery so no need to keep it charged. It draws power from the laptop. There are two different set of cable included which is nice and they are actually data cables so they are fast when in use. The screen fits to the back of the laptop by four magnets.. These magnets are very strong. I had to keep them about 6inches from each other. To install the magnets, use the supplied template and attached the magnets to the open holes by sticky tape on the back. Super easy and again, they are very strong magnets so the monitor will not fall off. You can make adjustments to the monitor such as sliding the magnets plate to the left and right for better viewing. That is a nice feature. This is a really nice product and I wish I had it a long time ago. I know there is a steep price tag but this product really does excel at what it does. Made of good quality materials.

As a content creator, this extra screen comes in so handy for me. It's so easy to pair with my MacBook and I just love how easy it makes my work. Definitely a great investment.

This extender is the perfect solution when you need extra desktop space. It is extremely simple to get installed and get your desktop to expand to it. The video quality is great and is very responsive. You are able to position it to whatever is most comfortable to you, and it doesn’t matter what side you put it, it automatically adapts to that.

This is a great second screen for a laptop (and it will also work with some (but not all) phones and tablets). Useful for desktop presentations as well as a second screen for work tasks. The color and resolution are good and the screen works with both an HDMI and USB-C connection. When using HDMI, you have to use the USB-C to power the screen. The screen comes with a frame and magnets for mounting on the back of a laptop for stowage and ease of access. As a standalone screen this can only be practically used in portrait mode. An add-on gadget is available (for an additional cost) to allow you to prop up the screen in landscape mode.
