I too received a dead on arrival, sent back for RMA and received another Dead one. I am done with these USED Motherboards.

I checked PSU connection, swapped out RAM in-between slots, used different RAM, tested PSU, updated BIOs,....would not post

I put together a PC with this board and a 13th generation cpu, it wouldn't boot until I updated the bios to the latest version using the bios flashback which was very handy. I couldn't tell what bios version it came with because no video, if you plug it in and lights come up and the power button works but no video, get a usb key and do the bios flashback, it booted straight away after that.

I brought this for an ITX build using a Jonsbo umx1. This motherboard fit perfectly and runs fine now but I had some issues initially. Since I wanted to use the wireless connection ( WiFi ) option I attached the antennas but for the life of me could not connect to my home internet. After hours of research I discovered drivers ( or software) was needed to use functions such as WiFi or Bluetooth. I found these on AsRocks website of updates for the motherboard and just downloaded every single thing I could onto a usb drive on my laptop. I then updated my PC with it and could finally connect. I hope this can save even one person the hours I spend looking for answers. Overall in the month I’ve had this it’s been great and the Bluetooth and WiFi work great. 9/10 ( only knock down is because of the lack of guidance for wireless use in guide )
