I hadn't build a PC from scratch in over 5 years and things had changed so much. But basically everything worked and I was able to overclock and optimize for really great performance. Other key components I got for performance and value: I9-12900K processor, ASRock 7900 XT GPU, 32GB, G.Skill 2X16GB DDR5 6400 memory and Crucial T500 2TB Gen 4 NAND storage Runs 4K games at 144MGZ refresh rates with no problem

Received a board with a bent pin which caused issues during POST, and Amazon was able to send me another that worked flawlessly with no hassle. Lots of storage options and PCIE slots for an mATX.

They do not tell you that on your first boot the motherboard will perform some kind of process to learn what memory you have and the more memory you have the longer this process takes. While it is doing this, the power LED flashes the memory error code, I didn’t want to fry any parts so I would turn it off after about 15 second but my motherboard took about a minute to learn the memory. So I ended up buying double the RAM I initially wanted thinking it was a RAM issue and when set 2 came in I had the same problem and called asus support to figure out their dumb first boot procedure

I used this product in a recent pc build. It works fine. One of the pins in the bottom right corner is bent, but I think that's my fault. It looks pretty. I did need a bit of help getting it inside the case to make sure everything lined up and I didn't scratch it, but this was my first ever pc build so I'm kinda new to that. It has plenty of USB ports for all your needs, and even includes a wifi antenna, though the antenna is a smidgen difficult to assemble.
