Es una excelente ayuda para el oficinista. Ligero, portable, confiable y de muy buena resolución de imagen. No tiene salida de audio, pero porque no es para gaming o ver películas o series. Excelente herramienta de trabajo.

item arrived and it was a great portable monitor.. however driver instruction is outdated. The drivers is no longer available from ASUS website, rather you need to download from DisplayLink driver from synaptics.com website..hope this helps. Cheers!

I never could get the ZenScreen to work, even when working with a technician at ASUS on two different call ins. The product material stated it required a USB Type-B 3.2 cord but the cord supplied was id'ed on the cord as a USB Type-B 3.0. We wasted a bunch of time figuring it was the wrong cord but it turned out that the cord should work, when looking at an equivalency chart. We loaded and unloaded the drivers several times even trying it on a desk top. All that ever happens is the screen powers up, shows ASUS for a couple of seconds and then goes black. The 3rd party also tried to assist but to no avail. Returning the product as it just doesn't work. And my thoughts are that this is a refurbished product and full product testing to ensure all required parameters are in order just didn't happen - my guess only. With regard to help from the 3rd party seller - they did try to assist me confirming that the cord was ok and helping me to get it going but we just couldn't get there.
