The product works great, and it is perfect as a touch-enabled second laptop monitor. Western Central is a great seller with outstanding customer support. They not only reach out preemptively to confirm satisfaction when there is an issue, but they also work extremely diligently to resolve the issue. I received a unit that was missing parts but still factory sealed. This was clearly no fault of the seller. However, Western Central immediately responded to my email for support. They worked with me to find a solution in what was a short time frame because of upcoming travel. They could have reasonably said, "not our problem call Lenovo" but instead, they focused on customer service (all too uncommon on Amazon) and found a solution. I can recommend not only this product but Western Central as a seller.

Pros: -Color is easily adjustable to match your laptop -Screen works great as second monitor -super slim, feels well built -pen is standard Lenovo pen with the double button on the side -sleeve is super handy Cons: -No battery, runs my laptop dead super fast. I only get about a third of the time unplugged that I used to. -touch screen doesn’t process pen movement fast enough to take notes/write with it -must press rather hard with pen to register -the usb-c port doesn’t hold the plug in very well: any bump and it thinks the monitor was disconnected (shuts off since there is no battery) Overall it is great as a second monitor, but not great as a touch screen. My main purpose of getting this was for note taking, and I have decided to send it back. In my opinion, the performance just isn’t quite there. It takes me about 3x longer to accomplish what I used to with my Lenovo yoga 260 while taking notes. For the price, if you are looking for a touchscreen just go buy another laptop or tablet.

We ordered a brand new monitor, but we got an open box item.

This was advertised as 4K. Specs at the bottom of the page say 1440p, but when it was delivered it says right on the box 1080p. Colors were also really bad. Lenovo doesn't even sell a 4K portable monitor according to their website, so the seller just plain lied. Hopefully Amazon does something about it instead of letting them deceive more customers.

Good display quality with hight color accuracy for portable display. Light weight and responsive touchscreen & Fine design
