I already had one of these Tripp-lite power bars (for a couple of years). In an attempt to control the cable mess that is my desk & workspace, I ordered a second one and things are now improving. These are well-made, durable, and can be fastened under the overhang of a desktop - but to do so hides the switches - so plan your layout carefully. The pricing on the power-bar is high - but, from years of experience, you get what you pay for. It would be useful if the manufacturer would make a similar bar, but with wider-spaced outlets to accommodate "wall warts".

And the individual switches are definitely the best feature! Other than that, sturdy build with all the necessary certifications for all the peace of mind you could possibly need. I mounted it under a standing desk, very solid.

I've been looking for one of these for several years, and when I saw it, I immediately bought one. And may well buy another by next year! This is great for switching heavy-duty, high-wattage devices (grills, griddles, etc.) that may or may not come with their own switches, from a single central point. Having the control over which one is on or not, from just one activation point, is a time-and-frustration saver!

I have 2 of these...1 I use to manage my reef tank which it does amazingly well for the past 3 years and the other I use in my outdoor kitchen. I love the lighted on/off switches for each outlet - allows me to easily manage multiple items - and the always on outlet - even when the bar is switched off is perfect for motion sensor lighting

I Purchased two of these last year they still work fine I like the individual on and off switches for each power plug I use them for my aquariums so I could pick and choose what to turn on and off when I do water changes would buy more
