Easy to install and easy to use. Very Good functionality.

This is very clunky headset for the price - I paid half the amount a year ago for a much lighter user friendly non branded headset. The usb cable is way too stiff and you keep having to push it out of the way when working. The headset needn't be so heavy and thick; and like others have said, quite a tight fit on the widest setting, and the ear piece is not faux leather - just a cheap bit of foam which covers the entire ear rather than being more snugly designed. The mouthpiece rests right against the mouth and is diffiult to bend to a more user friendly position. The downloadable software has no setting functions for this pair, so you can't turn off the annoying bleeps when you mute calls and the call answer/end button doesn't work at all. There is no 'power' or 'on' light found in cheaper pairs so any connectivity issues woudl only be discovered after missing the first call. Overall summary is that it works but functionality and design is poor for the price.

Ich habe das Headset für meine Tätigkeit im Home-Office bestellt. Ich arbeite in einem Servicecenter und telefoniere praktisch den ganzen Tag. Die meiste Zeit funktioniert das Headset einwandfrei. So geschätzt jedes 20. Gespräch entstehen aber Störgeräusche und das beeinträchtigt das Gespräch enorm. Sonst funktioniert das Gerät einwandfrei.
