Affordable next generation model. I must for all dispatchers.

While this product shipped on time the packaging had a label over the original hiding the date and manufacturer information as well as the barrel code was changed. May not be important to end users but i was reselling and it doesn't look good.

The media could not be loaded. It has good audio quality and captures the voice clearly! Comes with a Quick Disconnect cable which is helpful. For short periods I think it would be fine. But I work 12 hour shifts and I found the foam on the ear wasn’t soft enough and the clamp of the head was a bit tight so for long shifts it became uncomfortable and started to give me a headache. I found my ear aching in the cartilage after a few hours. Everyone is different so it may fit you better but I opted for a different model in the end. Purely for comfort reasons.

I’m an emergency flight dispatcher who work at an airport. I bought this headset in hopes that I get to hear my callers more clearly. I am so glad I did. I save time in my calls and get clearer information.
