Every piece is so useful, and the power is incredible. Will whip you up the best, fluffiest dips. Wish it were easier/cheaper to replace parts, though. My last blender got a hairline fracture on the bottom, but used it for a good 2-3 years. Didn't mind replacing it after that much use. The mandolin and grate tool is SO wonderful!

The shredder disc got ruined while using. Bits of plastic went all into my zucchini I was shredding -gross had to throw out the all the food. Also , the travel cups got warped as well. I’m not happy, this was a big purchase for me.

This is a great product that is a mix between what is essentially a blender and food processor and smoothie maker, and it does this all in one bowl which (to me) is an advantage since you don't have multiple parts to keep track of. There is another review that has great photos of the parts and such so I won't bother uploading, I'll just give a couple of points of "caution" / things to look out for or be aware of. (Note this is based on my unit, you may not have the same issue) I noticed that for the jar and main blade, there is a bit of a gap between the lid and where the blade connects, so this gives a VERY slight noise if you were to assemble it and then proceed to tilt it left or right. This really isn't a big safety concern since this doesn't produce any significant wobble or anything when the machine is in use. Another point of caution I would advise is to inspect the parts thoroughly on arrival since the plastic molds aren't seamless. I didn't have any issues with mine, except on the top of one of the lids. Similarly for the dial, I can hear a plastic 'squeak' sometimes when turning the dial, which if I had to guess sounds like the dial scraping ain't it's back housing. Again not something that's is of great concern, just a surface-level concern. Overall, I think this is a great buy (especially if you wait for sales which drops it to like ~220-230CAD The only recommendation to the manufacturer might be to increase mold quality or QC. If you are researching buying this, I would also recommend looking at the review on rtings.com, which goes much deeper into the parts, how loud it is, features, etc

I've not made any dough or tested the shredding disk yet. I've made smoothies, crushed ice, raw sprouted chickpea hummus, smoothie bowls and riced cauliflower and it does it all very well. I found the joint of the flip top cap for the personal cup weak and it came off before I could use it. I can see the nub is defective but it went back on and I haven't had any further issues. I suppose I could have called the company but I didn't nor did I want to return another blender (this was the 3rd one where the main pitcher didn't have deep scratches inside), so for something this small to me it wasn't worth it. I also usually put my beverage into another cup anyways as I don't like plastic.
